Responsibilities:

* Prepare various sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Discuss report results with management
* Receive and process all invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and various payment requests
* Verify calculation and input codes in to the accounts system in an accurate manner
* Ensure proper filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
* Greet and assist walk-in visitors to our office
* Perform audit and stock keeping of POSM materials
* Dispatch POSM materials to distributors via shipping companies

Requirement:

* Applicant must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
* Required skills: MS Office, MYOB.
* Must be meticulous and able to work independently.
