* Address and resolve customer / player issues
* Deliver solutions to customer / player using telephone, e-mail, and in-game chat system
* Monitor game performance and reviews
* Working with community team leader on event schedules
* Document and communicate game/technical/investigation issues to technical staff

Requirement:

* Fluent in: Chinese, English as a basic requirement
* Knowledge and passion for MMOs
* Detail oriented and good problem solver
